Part 1 of 2:

After completing the new galvanized steel bulkhead the boathouse is finally relocated back to its original location and locked down into the prefabricated hinge assemblies we welded to the top of the new bulkhead/seawall cap.

This required a LOT of manpower and machine handling. The new boathouse is two story and is like a giant sail in the 15 mph north Texas winds.
It was a LOT of work, but part of the job. In reality, it went exactly as planned though.
