Lake Conroe Subdivision Projects
The subdivision drainage system and its bulkhead was one of the larger projects we have done under the Shoretech Marine business name.
We also have experience in developing subdivisions and commercial property, including golf course developments. We have worked with several of the largest resort ownership & development companies on the planet and have a rich history of success with them.
We have for years been able to provide ECO-FRIENDLY designs and installations for small, medium and large land improvement projects including rainwater management and drainage systems and utilities for subdivisions and private reserve areas — and do it in a proper manner.

This US Army Corps of Engineers project will protect thousands of feet of privately owned shoreline from the ever-increasing volume of large tree-trunks and other heavy debris coming down the re-channeled Trinity River in upper Lake Livingston.
These are building underneath the new commercial contracting business: ConTex Consulting & Design LLC
Posting some progress pics, but we still have two other buildings to build here.
We started this project out by driving schedule 80 hot-dip galvanized steel pipe pilings - capped by a schedule 120 pipe cap, welded out and on the upper end was welded a 1" thick plate - for the hammer to drive on.
The water is from 6 to 18 feet deep.
Our newest project is our most exciting one in years~!!! Originally posted as a 57,500 square feet project - and even though that would have immediately been the largest marina on Lake Livingston - by a considerable amount - it just got a WHOLE LOT LARGER.
