Recent Shoretech Marine Decks & Pavillions

We have a large past portfolio of successfully designed and built Texas Parks & Wildlife, and Texas Environmental Water Quality & Control approved wetlands & marsh boardwalks and deck projects under our belt. When sensitive areas are to be displayed for the community, local officials call us for these projects because they know we will provide a clean and eco-friendly project that will last for generations.

The swim deck upon completion will add a 12' x 12' cantilevered swim deck.

The entire swim deck is specially cantilever designed using 3" x 12" rough-hewn timbers bolted to the original pilings with 3/4" bolts throughout.

Frank Family Deck & Home Re-Leveling

The new deck will have open railings so the view is unimpeded. It will feature galvanized 1/4" welded-wire hog panel with 4x6 posts and 2x8 top rails so you can rest a beverage on then during family lake visits. The new lakeview deck is also much larger and more open than the old.

Robertson Family Beach Shelter

This project was really fun, challenging, absolutely one of the most wonderful locations that I have ever worked at, and in the end, it came out really fantastic!

The finished project is somewhat unique in its roof structure, which is purposely open to enable air movement and the installation of some of the largest ceiling fans made for private use.
