Recent Shoretech Marine Boathouses

Our boathouses are some of the most beautiful and resilient anywhere, and are only limited by your property restrictions and budget. It’s easy to figure out which boathouse is one of ours if you are boating through Texas waters. They stand out.

Sanchez Bulkhead & Boathouse Expansion

This deepwater project is the first of three - which features 14' to 16' galvanized steel sheetpiling in 6 to 7.5 feet of water.

The old boathouse is to be lengthened by 12 feet and expanded sideways with a new 12' wide covered deck. The roof was raised by 2 feet which all required driving 28' to 34' pilings in up to 15 feet of water.

Kavanagh Bulkhead & Boathouse

On a large 19.6 acre peninsula on Lake Livingston is the beautiful Kavanagh property. We will start installing a new 690 feet long primary bulkhead, 60' long boat ramp and 1,780 sq. ft. boathouse - starting in early May. The backfill excavation will entail excavating a new pond on the property.

The swim deck upon completion will add a 12' x 12' cantilevered swim deck.

The entire swim deck is specially cantilever designed using 3" x 12" rough-hewn timbers bolted to the original pilings with 3/4" bolts throughout.

Ellis Boathouse

This is a boathouse we took over from a failed contractor and built into a nice project. It features a nice sized storage room designed to leave the most of the available view by angling the main walls while leaving a lot of space inside. The angled walls make a huge difference over a rectangle storage room. Even while standing directly in front of the steel door you still have a 270 degree view of the surrounding lake.
