The finished boathouse which is located within the White Rock Creek drainage basin where its owner likes to fish for crappie and bass. We excavated below the covered recreation deck so it is by far the deepest water anywhere in this cove basin, so he can install some structure to attract crappie, his and my favorite target.

Stacy Jones, Jimmy’s wonderful departed wife worked with me to design the boathouse which came out beautifully reflecting her architectural and finish expertise which helped to make it so special. We also came out of this project with another very special result, lifelong friendship with a great guy that all of my guys really love.

This has been a lot of fun and another learning experience to add to our overall expertise – building a solar off-the-grid boathouse that works wonderfully for the Jones family.
