It’s March 6th and it’s 29F as the bulkhead package starts to arrive in Trinity County off FM-3188, on the 11 acre estate that sticks out into Lake Livingston. This one will start right after the Sullivan Bulkhead Project is completed sometime before the end of this month.

We will try to get all of this completed before the 180 slip marina project starts in Polk County, which will probably start sometime around June and last into the fall – to complete the first phase of anyway.

This project will probably keep us busy until well into the summer. As you can probably tell…. we are hiring~! But we are picky and demanding on our employees. We pay well, very well in fact, but don’t apply unless you can pass a drug test and give us evidence of your experience.
